New apartment-style living properties in the 2019 program

Travel with All the Comforts of Home

Travelers expect the travel industry to react to new trends and emerging technologies. As a result, lodging providers are striving to make their accommodations more comfortable, more personalized, and feel more like home. At FedRooms, we work to provide a range of lodging options for our travelers.

We have added some exciting new properties to the FedRooms program in 2019 that offer apartment-style living with all the comforts of home. These are residential buildings with modern, furnished apartments available for one night or multi-night stays, just like a traditional hotel. Booking is as easy as making an online reservation through your agency’s booking tool, and checking in with the building concierge or host team upon arrival. All the information you need is sent directly to your preferred e-mail.

Two brands with new, apartment-style properties in the FedRooms program are Churchill Living and Why Hotels. At Churchill Living, the furnished apartments include amenities like state of the art gyms, 24-hour customer service and in-unit washer/dryers. At Why Hotels, a pop-up hotel brand in new buildings, guests have access to a lounge with a 24/7 host, breakfast/social hour food and beverage options and more. Each luxury apartment is equipped with everything you need, from towels to utensils plus in-unit washer/dryers and access to the building fitness centers.

These FEMA-approved properties can be a great choice for any traveler, but particularly for those who prefer more space with access to a full kitchen and in-unit laundry services. Next time you travel, consider one of these unique properties and enjoy all that comes with a home away from home at rates that are less than or equal to per diem. You can now look for properties in Arlington, VA and Washington DC and later this year in Tysons Corner, VA and Los Angeles, CA.

In addition to these new highlighted properties, visit the traveler page of FedRooms.com for a list of additional Long Term Lodging (LTL) options, or visit the GSA LTL schedule.
