2022 FEDROOMS RFP UPDATE WAVE 2
Wave 2 business cases for the 2022 FedRooms RFP are due to FedRooms by December 10, 2021. Check with the FedRooms NAM for your hotel group, chain or management company to determine if they will be consolidating the business cases to submit to FedRooms. If so, you will likely have an earlier deadline to submit the business cases to your hotel group, chain or management company. Be sure to observe the earlier deadline.
Be sure to read the first tab “Read This First” for the Instructions.
We will not be able to notify you or return business cases with missing or incorrect information and/or are submitted late.
Submitting the business case is not your final step. If your property meets our requirements, you will receive an email solicitation from Cvent/Lanyon on or about December 17th. At the end of that solicitation email, you will find log-in information and instructions for submitting your bid through the Cvent/Lanyon RFP tool.
You must respond to the solicitation by completely by submitting a bid in Cvent/Lanyon. Selections are made based on the rate, amenities, location, suitability and need. Not all bids are accepted. Bids will be due by end of your day, Friday, December 31st.
